The Association seeks to raise awareness of the estuary, threats to it and possible solutions by commissioning and publishing research on technical aspects of the river and on its economic importance.<\/p>\n

There are also a number of booklets on walks in the area and a DVD on memories of the flood in 1953. Newsletters are published twice yearly.<\/p>\n
